Strawberry Shortcake Idea!

We had strawberries in the fridge, covered in glaze, just waiting to be put into a strawberry shortcake. We had a somewhat late evening and I didn't want to take the time to make bisquick shortcake. I had a can of 8 large biscuits in the fridge and decided to try something new. It was good!

Take the biscuits from the can and press each one into sugar, on both sides. Bake per directions and let cool 5 minutes and then cut in half with a sharp knife.  Cover the bottom half of the biscuit with the strawberries and then spray whipped cream on top. Set the top half of biscuit on top of the strawberries and whipped cream. Oh my, what a treat, and it looked great. I didn't get a picture as we ate them too fast. I think this will be my shortcake standard from now on. You will love these. Enjoy!
